What is TEAMS and who can access it?

TEAMS (Texas Educating Adults Measurement System) is a web-enabled, secure data system maintained by TEA that captures specific information about each adult education participant. TEAMS tracks contact hours and assessment data, and then calculates program performance on adult education indicators of performance quality. In addition to student-by-student data, TEAMS maintains information about class, site, program, and provider information, as well as information on staff qualifications and professional development. While TEAMS provides TEA with a comprehensive statewide database, TEAMS is also each local program's own database and is always accessible for information and analysis.

For information about who is eligible for secure access to view and/or enter data into TEAMS, contact your Grant Service Manager at Texas LEARNS.

For training on TEAMS, contact your regional GREAT Center.

Regular users of TEAMS can network and share information with their peers statewide by subscribing to the TEAMS Users Listserv.
