Homero A. Diaz is an educational consultant and has extensive experience in the development, procurement, implementation, and evaluation of federal and state programs including Even Start. Mr. Diaz has served as superintendent, federal programs administrator, and teacher. He has worked as a consultant in TEA and has over thirty-five years in public school experience and four years as a consultant. Mr. Diaz has been an evaluator of Even Start in two schools the last four years. Additionally, he is assisting several districts with their federal programs by auditing maximum utilization and compliance.
