Dr. Granville L. Sydnor

Dr. Granville Sydnor is recently retired as the Executive Director of Grant Development at San Jacinto College North.  He has evaluation experience with these grant programs: Title V, GEAR UP, Talent Search, Upward Bound, Student Support Services, NSF, NASA, HUD, and Teacher Quality Grants.  His master’s and specialist degrees are in Counseling.  His doctorate is in curriculum and methodology.  His postgraduate work was in special education.  He has a strong background in research and statistics.  He has been the external evaluator for the Channelview Even Start Program since its inception.  He is available to assist programs in throughout the state.
