Dr. Williams has more than 40 years of experience in the education profession. Among his experiences include: (1) being an elementary school teacher; (2) and elementary school supervisor; (3) and education equipment specialist; (4) an education program specialist for the U.S. Office of Education; (5) both a graduate research assistant/associate for the Teacher Corps Program - University Of Florida; (6) an Assistant Professor of elementary education - University Of Nebraska-Lincoln; (7) a program/project administrator (Director, Co-Director, Vice President) at the Southwest Educational Development Laboratory (Austin); (8) a consultant for the Follow Through, Head Start, Parent Child Center, & Even Start Programs; (9) a consultant for the National Dropout Prevention Center; (10) a proposal/product reviewer for the U.S. Department of Education, the National Institute of Education, the U.S. Department of HHS, the U.S National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH). He has served on more than 12 national boards of directors. His publications/products/presentations include more than 20 articles, 2 monographs, 15 TV PSAs, more than 50 workshops/seminars, more than 20 featured speeches, and over 30 print/media materials. He has an earned a BS degree in elementary education (D.C. Teachers College) and a Masters and Doctor of Education in Curriculum & Instruction/Elementary & Early Childhood Education (University of Florida).
