Objective

Student will be able to describe symptoms of illness, read and interpret medicine labels.

Vocabulary

symptoms, illness, once, twice, doctors titles, dizziness, impair, nursing mothers.

Stand Out 4 Pg. 93

Oxford Picture Dictionary Pg. 80-81

Activity/Procedures:

  1. Students copy the vocabulary list from board. Students learn the vocabulary definitions and practices pronunciation.
  2. Students will complete page 93 exercises E and F.
  3. Matching activity - The students will go to stations in which medicine containers will be located. Students will pair right indications and symptoms with medicine. S.O.
