MULTIPLE INTELLIGENCE SELF-ASSESSMENT

For each statement, decide if the statement is "Not at all like me," "Not much like me," "Somewhat like me," or "Just like me." Write the number that describes you best in the box next to the statement. Then fill in your answers on the score card below.
