Practice in Writing Clear, Specific, Positive, Attainable Goals

Making yourself clear:

Listed below are some poorly defined goals. Some are not specific, some set no time limits, some are unrealistic. Rewrite each goal so that it is specific, clear and manageable.

1) I want to do well in school this year. Example: I want to be able to write a complete sentence by the end of the eighth week of class.

2) I want to learn English.
