Learner Contract / Goal Inventory

Remembering what you have learned about yourself and your goals, please complete the Learner Contract / Goal Inventory as accurately as possible. This goal list will help your teacher plan activities that will help you meet these specific goals. In order for the list to be helpful, please check all goals that are appropriate for you.

Personal Goals
