Providers of Adult Education by Fiscal Agent
This map links to only the 55 fiscal agents or "co-ops", which divide the state into 55 geographic areas. The "co-ops" linked from the map are the primary providers of adult literacy and ESL education (funded under the Workforce Investment Act) for those areas, but are by no means the only adult & family literacy providers. Separate from the maps and the "co-op" list it links to, TCALL maintains a comprehensive statewide Directory of Adult & Family Literacy Providers, which includes co-ops and their affiliates and subcontractors, plus Even Start, EL/Civics, LVA/Laubach affiliates and local literacy councils, First Lady's Family Literacy grantees, and every not-for-profit adult or family literacy provider in the state that we find out about.
