Activity Overview:
This workshop is designed for the teacher new to adult education. Participants will differentiate the differences between the adult learners versus children. They will also examine challenges faced by the adult learner.
Objectives:
The Participants will:
- Identify the characteristics of the adult learner
- Contrast and compare differences between adults and children
- Analyze the challenges of the adult learners
- Infer ways adults learn best
