“Know Thyself!”: Teaching Styles vs. Learning Styles

Activity Overview:

This is an interactive workshop that will analyze the participants learning styles and how their style influences their teaching style. Participants will be involved in activities designed for their personal style. They will review various lesson plans and revise the lessons to reflect diverse learning styles.

Objectives:

The Participants will:

  • Identify, describe and analyze their learning, Memletic, thinking and coping styles
  • Summarize how their styles influence their teaching styles.
  • Participate in activities designed for their personal learning styles.
  • Develop lesson plans providing for diverse learning styles.
