You must fax or email a Registration Form to Coastal GREAT Center to register for our workshops. *Email is preferred.

Coastal Registration Form (Microsoft Word Version) ***

In order to fill out this form, you must save it to your own computer. To save the document, click "File" on the menu bar, then click "Save As". A dialogue box opens. In that box, click "Save" and save the file to your computer in a location easy for you to find later. You may rename the file if you like so that it will be easier for you to locate.
