Current Duties/Roles with TCALL

• Assists TCALL Director and research staff leadership in designing and conducting research projects in the areas of adult education and family literacy
• Develops appropriate quantitative and/or qualitative research plans and procedures, including collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data
• Prepares research results for conference papers, clientele-oriented publications, and scholarly publications
• Assists in the identification of potential research areas of current and future interest to the adult literacy community with a focus on bridging the gap between research and practice
• Assists with proposal development, project administration, and management, as directed
• Initiates and maintains contact with external funding agencies and other state adult literacy initiatives, as directed
