Current Duties/Roles with TCALL

• Conducts research and development activities for the Texas Adult & Family Literacy Clearinghouse Project, including:
• statewide implementation of adult education content standards
• research on the effectiveness of the industry-related English as a Second Language (ESL) curricula developed by El Paso Community College (EPCC)
• other research and development projects in the areas of family literacy and adult education (includes analyzing data and preparing results for conference papers, clientele-oriented publications and scholarly publications).
• Develops and implements periodic Clearinghouse Project impact and needs assessments.
• Supports other Clearinghouse Project objectives (includes collaborating with other state leadership staff in development of a statewide professional development needs assessment).
