- Processes and fills periodic orders for Basic English Skills Test for eligible literacy programs
- Serves as first point of contact for local phones and Literacy Hotline calls
- Maintains subscriber database for Texas Adult & Family Literacy Quarterly
- Manages statewide email discussion list subscriptions
- Assists Administrative Coordinator with logistical and administrative support for meetings and events
- Maintains statewide Directory of Literacy Providers, communicating with the providers, processing changes to Directory listings, relaying changes to Webmaster for online database, and making periodic regular contact with listed providers to solicit updated information.
