Current Duties/Roles with TCALL
- Provides technical assistance to grantees in all areas of program operation.
- Collects and compiles interim and final reports submitted by grantees and makes recommendations to the funder.
- Compiles quarterly reports and final report on the project for submission to the Fund office.
- Participates in grantee selection.
- Facilitates grantee startup and midyear trainings.
- Contacts each grantee at least monthly and maintains current notes on the content of the calls and the grantee's progress.
- Meets with Director at least monthly to report on grantee progress.
- Attends National Center for Family Literacy conference and submits report.
- Makes site visits at the discretion of the fund administrators and TCALL Director.
- Assists the Barbara Bush Fellows in their research as requested.
- Serves on the Texas Even Start Advisory Committee.
