Current Duties/Roles with TCALL

  • Provides technical assistance to grantees in all areas of program operation.
  • Collects and compiles interim and final reports submitted by grantees and makes recommendations to the funder.
  • Compiles quarterly reports and final report on the project for submission to the Fund office.
  • Participates in grantee selection.
  • Facilitates grantee startup and midyear trainings.
  • Contacts each grantee at least monthly and maintains current notes on the content of the calls and the grantee's progress.
  • Meets with Director at least monthly to report on grantee progress.
  • Attends National Center for Family Literacy conference and submits report.
  • Makes site visits at the discretion of the fund administrators and TCALL Director.
  • Assists the Barbara Bush Fellows in their research as requested.
  • Serves on the Texas Even Start Advisory Committee.
