• Assists Professional Development Specialist in providing support to professional development activities of volunteers and staff of community-based literacy organizations.
• Staff Liaison between project staff and department bookkeeping staff for processing of project-related vouchers, purchasing, requisitions, vendor communications, travel reimbursement, payroll, and project budget monitoring.
• Assists Office Manager with clerical aspects of registration for grant-related events, conferences, and meetings, including registration spreadsheets and invoicing.
• Assists Webmaster and Clearinghouse Director by making regular contacts with Literacy Providers listed in online Directory, to verify and update their contact information, leadership, and services provided.
