Literacy Links - Time for Name Change!
Help TCALL Choose the New Name

TCALL is planning on changing the name of this quarterly publication currently known asLiteracy Links. The word “links” has a completely different meaning now than its meaning at the time the name was selected.

We compiled suggestions from readers and from those that were at the June Texas Adult Education Content Standards and Benchmarks for ABE/ASE and ESL Learners conference. The top three nominations are listed below.

Texas Adult and Family Literacy Quarterly

Texas Adult and Family Education Quarterly

Texas Adult and Family Literacy Matters

Please send your name change selection to the Literacy Links editor, Peggy Sue Durbin at pdurbin@tamu.edu by November 30th.

The winning name will be adopted beginning with the January 2008 issue.
