Check out ERIC's Parent Info Center at http://reading.indiana.edu/. This site offers LOTS of links for parents! These are great for parents and teachers with Family Literacy programs, too! From this home page you'll find links to:

(1) Free Parent Materials, including "Parent Brochures from the U.S. Department of Education, Parents and Children Together On-line Magazine, and the Parent Talk Magazine;"

(2) Other Links including "Homework Helpers, Parental Involvement in Reading and Writing Pages, National Parent Information Network, and other Parent Friendly Sites;"

(3) Books that Help; and

(4) Free Phonics Information. ERIC says "try our Phonics On-line area. It is open to all who wish to learn about phonics education. Parents can simply register for non-credit to view the site."
