Equipping Adult Learners For The World Of Work |
Your State Adult Education OfficeThank you to the Literacy Links staff for the invitation to contribute to this publication. It is such a valuable communication piece with the Adult Education field in Texas. As you know, we are extremely busy at the State Office with legislative requests, GED regional training this spring, and our 16 curriculum framework pilot projects across the state beginning in May. We look forward to communicating with you in each future issue of Literacy Links in this new column. Although we will always have information we will share with you, we would like to know what topics or issues you would like us to address in the "Your State Adult Education Office: The Latest News from TEA." Let the editor know or call us directly! Thank you for all of the time and effort you individually contribute towards assisting our adult students to meet their educational and life goals. Sheila Rosenberg, Ph.D. - Senior Director, Adult and Community Education
