Clearinghouse Library

TCALL’s mail-order library offers thousands of free & loan titles to teachers, administrators, staff and collaborators of not-for-profit literacy education programs in Texas, and to researchers and policy makers as well. Loan materials are borrowed by mail for 30 days with postage paid return service. Just use the Library Search page to browse and select titles, add them to your Library Cart, and submit your order

Manila envelope graphic Custom Hot Topics Packets - The Clearinghouse Library will create on request a free, reproducible Hot Topic Packet on any subject in our library. The Hot Topic Packet will feature the latest articles and research digests, as well as a bibliography of all Clearinghouse library titles in that subject, both free and loan.
