Success Story

By Crissie LeBleu

I dropped out of school in the 7th grade.  At 16 years of age I tried to get my GED.  I joined a program called JTPA.  For two months I attended classes for 6 hours a day.  I did not get to finish.  I moved to a different town and it was too far for me to keep going to that program.

I wanted to get my GED and go to college, but I ddin't try to start a different program.  I was very immature and didn't realize the importance of getting my GED.    But now I'm 24 years old and I want to get my GED and go to college.  I am determined to achieve my goals now.  I want to be an accountant or work for a business as a secretary.
