TESPIRS

TESPIRS is the TEXAS Even Start Program Information Reporting System. Even Start programs report into TESPIRS quarterly. It is a database that captures program data and specific information about each participant. Families are tracked by family number in TESPIRS. Family numbers are unique to each family and are assigned by the local projects.

TESPIRS is the means by which programs submit quarterly performance reports. It is located in the TEA Secure Environment, or TEA SE. TESPIRS requires a TEA SE user ID and a password with permission to access the TESPIRS application. The access request form is located on the TEA web site at http://www.tea.state.tx.us/forms/tease/tespirs.htm. Complete the form, sign it and fax or mail the form to Texas LEARNS.
