Even Start requires that grantees submit expenditure reports through the eGrant system.  Expenditure reports are submitted by class-object code online through the Expenditure Reports section of the eGrants system.  The reporting schedule, listed below, is published in the Application Guidelines, Part 2: Program Guidelines. The Adult Education Guidance Information System (AEGIS) electronically matches grantee applications with quarterly reports to determine if programs are meeting operational and performance guidelines. AEGIS will rate a program Out of Compliance if expenditure reports are not filed according to the schedule below. Final payment is contingent upon receipt of the eGrants expenditure report and all required programmatic reports and documents.
